    convenient proximity to parks and historical landmarks

    The reception staff made me feel welcome , and I loved how close I was to Jahili Public Park, perfect for a relaxing stroll, as well as Al Jahili Fort, a fascinating landmark just a short walk away that really added to my weekend exploring the city.

    The location was particularly good, not too far from Hili Tower. Booked a room with balcony. The staff were extremely helpful and really helpful and the pool was good.

    My best decision yet!

    The warm welcome by the staff set the tone for our stay. The spacious pool view room, combined with excellent service from the team around the pool. Dunno if it was worth it being on the balcony, but I loved it! Excellent breakfast variety sealed the deal.

    Stunning favourable location, near the famous Al Ain fort. And not far from the taxi, and the restaurant. The room was well-organised and complete with private balcony and a relaxing view, for instance. Large breakfast with plenty of food.

    Service is excellent with attentive staff. Breakfast offers a wide selection, and the pool area is spacious and enjoyable.

    Room cleanliness was subpar with dirty towels noted. Upgrade requests for special occasions weren't fulfilled satisfactorily.

    The unit we got was large with a relaxing view, a balcony, for instance. The location was good in a particularly good area, near to the restaurants and cafe, the garden and the taxi. We had lunch in Aquarius Pool, located nearby.

    Unexpected treats at Al Ain

    My family and I embraced the tranquil atmosphere of the Al Ain Rotana. The birthday cake surprise for my son was a heartwarming touch.

    Despite the delights, I found the jacuzzi tub in our villa was out of service, leaving us with a tinge of disappointment after a long day.

    Establishment located near the main tourist sites of Al Ain. Great cleanliness of the establishment, swimming pool and room (very large) Excellent service. Breakfast at the restaurant Zest of very high quality.

    Trader's Vic restaurant, we ordered 2 coconut curries they were just bad, nuggets for our son were very dry. We told the staff of the restaurant and hotel about our bad experience when we checked out.

    good location, excellent breakfast buffet

    Despite our reservation, we received a twin bed and not a double bed. Housekeeping just put the beds together, but that didn't work for sleeping .. A shame! Because it is the low season and there was almost no guests!

    The atmosphere here is family-friendly and cute. We especially enjoyed the pool, perfect for our small kids, and the fitness activities at Bodylines Fitness & Wellness Club. Huge thanks to Nader at the reception for his warm welcome!

    In my wife's opinion, the breakfast service could be improved. Waiting too long for a table during busy hours isn't ideal for families.

    Spacious and comfortable room, even if a little touch of fresh paint would not be superfluous. Close to places of interest and located on one of the main roads of the city but you need a car anyway in this city. Nice well equipped gym

    The view of a dusty dome. The noise coming from the reception room below (1st night). No shower cubicle in the bathroom. No reception products (plate of fruit or other small attention). Smells and fumes from the kitchen ( BBQ ? ) at the swimming pool. Water of the swimming pool too hot ( 31° ). Catering prices too high ( 80 € for one person and for a very ordinary dinner ! ).
