The reception staff made me feel extremely welcome during my stay, and I loved how close I was to Jahili Public Park, which is perfect for a relaxing stroll, as well as Al Jahili Fort, a fascinating landmark just a short walk away that really added to my weekend exploring the city.

The warm welcome by the staff truly set the tone for our stay. The spacious pool view room, combined with excellent service from the team around the pool, made every moment enjoyable. Dunno if it was worth it being on the balcony, but I loved it! Outstanding breakfast variety sealed the deal.

Unexpected treats at Al Ain

My family and I embraced the tranquil atmosphere of the Al Ain Rotana. The birthday cake surprise for my son was a heartwarming touch that made our stay unforgettable!

However, despite the delights, I found the jacuzzi tub in our villa was out of service, leaving us with a tinge of disappointment after a long day.

The atmosphere here is truly family-friendly and welcoming. We especially enjoyed the pool, which was perfect for our small kids, and the fitness activities at Bodylines Fitness & Wellness Club made our stay even more enjoyable. Huge thanks to Nader at the reception for his warm welcome!

In my wife’s opinion, the breakfast service could be improved. Waiting too long for a table during busy hours isn't ideal for families.

I had a really nice experience with the staff. They were just amazing, especially Nader and Jesse, who went out of their way to help me during my stay.

It wasn't exactly cheap, but given the quality of service, I found it still acceptable.

Had a fantastic time with friends! We explored the amazing pool and enjoyed yoga at Bodylines Fitness Studio. The staff were super friendly and always made us feel welcome. The breakfast was incredible and a great way to start our busy days. If you're looking for a good vibe and comfort, this is the spot! Don't miss the stunning views from the balcony rooms.

The only downside was the hairdryer in the room, which was a bit outdated and tethered in place, making it inconvenient to use.

The air conditioning was unbearable at times!!! It lacked consistency and made my stay quite uncomfortable!!! Also, the pool bar desperately needs more staff to maintain the service levels during peak hours!!!
